Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make changes to my benefits outside of open enrollment?
For the benefits that are only open for changes during the Open Enrollment window, you can only make changes at any other time of year if you experience a qualifying event, such as getting married or having a baby. Note that you may be audited and required to document your qualifying event – and there are limitations to allowable changes.
When will my benefits be effective?

Generally, new hire enrollments go into effect the 1st day of the month following the month of hire. For example, if your hire date is 7/15/2018 the effective date of coverage would be 8/1/2018.

Please refer to your Benefit Confirmation Statement to confirm specific coverage dates.

How do can I check my Flexible Spending Account balance?

Please visit www.tasconline.com or call (800) 422-4661 to check the balance of your flexible spending accounts or to request an additional FSA card.
